Don’t believe the reviews that say that these are pretty good glasses at an amazing price. You can’t really complain about a $10-15 pair of glasses, but these are not to be mistaken with a quality pair of glasses. The lenses are not great, the frame – while sturdy – feel cheap and the arms when folded in hit the lens on either side. The biggest fallacy I have seen in these reviews is the comparison to quality glasses. These lenses suck compared to any name brand lens that I have used/tried. They are far less clear and sharp and are too dark – really reminds me of a bad tint job. This is not a complaint about these glasses, to expect them to be ass good or even close to the big names at this price is not fair. I just wanted to make people aware that these definitely are $10-15 glasses. They are no where as good as the glasses these replaced (broken) or the ones that replaced these. Those other glasses were priced at $160 and $50 respectively and both had far superior lenses and feel when wearing them. Bottom line is just don’t believe that these will be as good as the quality name sunglasses, they aren’t and shouldn’t be expected to at this price.
Ordered by mistake -do not need them.Great pair of sunglasses. I spent the last 2 months researching and trying on TONS of sunglasses. I kept coming back to the Mauis. I had a hard time finding a pair of Mauis that fit me well as most are very narrow for males. When I tried these on at my local Bass Pro Shop, I knew I needed them. Amazon had the best price by far. Great shades and I highly recommend for those who want a light pair of shades with great optics and need a slightly larger pair.
